Once developers have the project modeled and a contract signed, it’s time to build the project!
That’s where Station A comes in. Similar to how HelioScope tunes a design project specs, Station A will publish a digital RFP on its marketplace that provides all the project details. The goal of Station A’s marketplace is not to be a “race to the bottom” on price, but, rather, a marketplace that considers holistic factors of each EPC — including safety records, previous project track records, and deployment timelines.
To date, Station A has listed over 190 MW of clean energy projects in all major US geographies. Most notably, the average bid spread (the difference between the low and high bids) on Station A’s marketplace is roughly 50-60%, representing hundreds of thousands in potential project cost savings.
