We launched HelioScope in 2014, and have been adding lots of capabilities since then… but one thing that hadn’t changed was our price. But as we invest more in accelerating our roadmap, we need to raise our prices. Starting on November 15, 2022, we will be raising the cost of our HelioScope basic plan from $95 per month to $159 per month ($1,620 annually).
We know that inflation in other areas of the economy is raising prices in other parts of your business, so we don’t take this step lightly. As longtime customers know, this is the first time we’ve raised prices since we started HelioScope.
As you also know, quite a bit has changed since that time. But one thing hasn’t: We remain committed to improving and growing our products, as well as our customer support team. This pricing update will help us continue to do that, and develop more features and services that we hope will continue to make your design and sales workflows even more accurate, faster, and more efficient.
Here are the details: The effective date is November 15. Existing customers will see the new rates at your first renewal after November 15. So, if you have 6 months left on an annual license, then you’re still locked-in for those 6 months. When your renewal comes up, that’s when the new rates will kick in. We’re also introducing an Enterprise plan for large teams that will include API access, trackers, Premium Support, LIDAR, Financials, sales proposals, and more.
