What are Aurora credits?

Instead of paying monthly fees for user licenses, Aurora users can buy credits. These credits are used to create new projects and use premium features.

Credits allow you to give unlimited users access to Aurora, use credits at your own pace, and pay for only the features you need for each project.

Credits are valued at $0.10 a piece, meaning you get 10 credits for $1 or 150 credits for $15.

  • With the Instant Access Bundle, you pay $3,000 dollars and receive 30,000 credits that you can spend on projects and add-on features or services. Credits are valid for one year from purchase date.
  • When your credit balance falls below zero, Aurora will automatically top up your balance to 30,000 credits ($3,000), valid for one year from purchase date.

  • Aurora's credits are the universal currency to spend on projects and add-on features or services. You can purchase a bundle of credits to use for Aurora products and services within your chosen pricing plan. Credits let you allocate spending at your own pace, across different offerings, such as projects and on-demand site models. Credits are valid for one year from purchase date.

Can I pay by credit card or can you invoice me?
  • The Instant Access Bundle can be purchased by credit card only.
chevron Is there a minimum commitment?
  • Yes, the Instant Access Bundle requires a purchase of 30,000 credits ($3,000), valid for one year from purchase date.
chevron What if I need more credits?
  • Aurora will automatically top up your balance to 30,000 credits ($3,000) when your credit balance falls below zero using the credit card you have on file.
chevron Can I cancel my purchase at any time?
  • Your credit purchase is not refundable, but you can cancel your account at any time
  • Once you cancel, you will not be able to access it to use any remaining unexpired credits.
chevron What happens to my Instant Access Bundle after December 31, 2025?
  • If you have remaining unspent credits after December 31, 2025 you will still be able to use them to pay for projects and features up until they expire, which is one year after purchase date.
  • However, the limited time promotion on Aurora AI and residential projects ends December 31, 2025. Starting January 1, 2026, residential projects will cost 220 credits per project and Aurora AI will cost 90 credits per project.
